DELIVERY POLICY

When placing an order with Saks OFF 5TH, please provide a delivery address where delivery can occur safely and securely without risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once merchandise is delivered, you or someone you should trust should be able to retrieve it promptly. A signature is required for deliveries over $1,200. Saks OFF 5TH works with selected carriers to bring you your purchases. Neither Saks OFF 5TH nor its carriers are responsible for damage, loss or theft that occurs after the carrier reports delivery to the address provided during checkout. Saks OFF 5TH reserves the right to suspend delivery to any address or customer that Saks OFF 5TH determines to present a risk of loss, damage, theft, fraud, or abuse.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE

Saks OFF 5TH is pleased to be able to offer its customers a guaranteed delivery date in many cases, depending on the delivery option selected, the items to be shipped, and the destination address provided.


A guaranteed delivery date is not available for all orders. If a guaranteed delivery date is available, it will appear in the checkout window with an associated date and delivery charge. When a guaranteed delivery date is available, it will be accompanied by an “order in” countdown timer - for the guaranteed delivery date to apply, the order must be placed before the expiration of the countdown timer.


When a guaranteed delivery date is not available, our best estimate of when a delivery may occur will be indicated by an estimated delivery date range, rather than a specific date.


If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will be happy to refund the delivery charge associated with the order, subject to certain terms and conditions, as described below. Please Contact Us if you believe that a delivery attempt was not made by the guaranteed delivery date.


The following terms and conditions apply to requests to refund delivery charges for items subject to a guaranteed delivery date:


  • Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
  • Only orders with a specific guaranteed delivery date provided are eligible for a refund of the delivery charge. Orders with an estimated delivery range are not eligible.
  • The order must have been shipped to an eligible address. Guaranteed delivery dates are only available for addresses in the United States. The guaranteed delivery date is only applicable to the initial delivery address selected by the customer.
  • The order must be placed before the expiration of the “order in” countdown timer on the checkout page. The countdown timer informs you of the time within which you must place an order to receive your order by the guaranteed delivery date. In some cases, changes in inventory or delivery capacity may occur after an item is placed into your checkout bag but before you place your order - please refer to your email order receipt for more information.
  • If you are purchasing multiple items, in some cases only certain items are eligible for a guaranteed delivery date - please refer to your email order receipt for more information.
  • Your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment must be processed before the “order in” countdown timer on the checkout page.
  • The guarantee does not apply, and a refund of the delivery charge will not be available, when a delivery attempt by the guaranteed date cannot be made due to an unforeseen circumstance outside the control of Saks OFF 5TH or our carriers, which may include labor unrest, natural disasters, or severe weather events, including storms.
  • Please note that carrier delivery scans may not always be accurate.
  • An attempted delivery on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee, as does an offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date.
