Return Policy
At Saks OFF 5TH, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt (with certain exclusions), or within 30 days of purchase for store purchases, unless you make
your purchase during our Extended Holiday Return Window, in which case a longer return period may
be available. At this time, Saks OFF 5TH accepts returns and exchanges of items purchased from
saksoff5th.com by mail or in Saks OFF 5TH stores in the United States only. Some items purchased on
saksoff5th.com are not eligible for in-store returns or exchanges. Returns by mail may be processed by
our vendor partners.
For purchases made between November 1, 2024 and December 25, 2024, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days from receipt OR until January 15, 2025, whichever is later. Reflaunt items and international returns are excluded from our extended holiday return policy. Other exclusions may apply.

- When you make a return by mail, a $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your
refund, OFF 5TH Rewards members may be eligible to have this fee
waived, please see the OFF 5TH Rewards Terms & Conditions for more details.
- Items purchased at Saks OFF 5TH store locations in the United States or from saksoff5th.com are
not eligible for return or exchange at Saks OFF 5TH store locations in Canada, and apply items purchased at Saks OFF 5TH store locations in Canada are not
eligible for return or exchange at Saks OFF 5TH store locations in the United States or by mail.
- Only items purchased from Saks OFF 5TH are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of
items purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue (stores or online).
- Items purchased from Saks OFF 5TH may not be returned to a Saks Fifth Avenue store.
- In order for Saks OFF 5TH to accept a return, the item must be in like new condition, unless
defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable and
with all tickets attached.
- Saks OFF 5TH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in
like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be
returned to you.
- Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale.
- Food and beverage items are considered Final Sale and are not returnable.
- If you return an item purchased at full price during a Buy
One Get One Percentage Off promotion, remaining discounted item will be ajusted to full price
and you will be responsible to pay difference.
- If you return an item purchased at full price during a Buy One Get One Free promotion, free
item(s) will be adjusted to the ticketed price and you will be responsible to pay the difference.
Returns or exchanges of free items will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and
exchanges from customers saksoff5th.com with unreasonable return
histories.
- Saks OFF 5TH reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be
purchased in any order or series of orders. Saks OFF 5TH reserves the right to, in its sole
discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by resellers customers or bulk purchasers. Sales to individuals
whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale (no exchange or
return privileges will be granted).
- Certain categories of items sold on saksoff5th.com are not eligible for in-store returns. Saks OFF
5TH reserves the right to update these categories from time-to-time.
- Pre-owned items sourced by Rent the Runway must be returned via mail. Rent the Runway
items are not eligible for in -store return or exchange.
- Pre-owned items sourced by Reflaunt are eligible for within 14 days from delivery
date by mail only. Reflaunt items are not eligible for in -store return or exchange.
- Please see our International Shipping page for information about international returns, which
are managed by our partners at Borderfree. Postage charges for international returns and for
returns from US military addresses may vary. Orders placed through Borderfree are not eligible
for free returns through the OFF 5TH Rewards Program.
How to Make a Return
BRING TO STORE
Return or exchange eligible items to any Saks OFF 5TH store with a packing slip, email confirmation, or order number.
PRINT RETURN LABEL TO SHIP IT BACK
Find your order number, pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice when shipping it.
A $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
SCAN QR CODE TO SHIP IT BACK
Pack your return and include your printed invoice when shipping. Show the return QR code at a convenient USPS location and they'll take care of the rest!
